There are two business models
- Refer a guest: Bring a traveler who’s looking to rent one of our homes and earn 10% of the rental.
- Refer a homeowner: Introduce a client with a property for vacation rental management. We’ll manage the home and help them earn significantly more than a traditional annual lease.
Referral earnings
Depending on the property and program, typical payouts range from $175 up to $1,000 per month for an initial period after the sale. We’re expanding our collection and may offer enhanced bonuses for referrals made in the next 30 days.
What we’re looking for
- Single-family homes, ideally with pools
- Homes that make strong vacation rentals—we can help evaluate options for your clients
